Did you know that our founder, Mike, named his cats after breeds of hops? Talk about a beer nerd!
Taking that one step further, we've now brewed two beers in honour of those cats, featuring their namesake hop! They even joined us in the brewery for brew day.
Simcoe Smash! is a classic American pale, using only ale malt and a clean American yeast, allowing the Simcoe hops to shine. Some pine and mild dankness is complemented by Simcoe Abstrax in brite for a tropical boost.
