LIGHT STREAM. Juicy & hazy, showcasing some of New Zealand's best hops (supported by a US staple). Rakau is the star, dripping with apricot and peach, backed up by Motueka delivering lime, lemon and light florals. Mosaic hiding not too far beneath with hints of tropical and stone fruits. 6.2%
SATURATION POINT. There’s a theory with hop additions – the law of diminishing returns. After you reach a certain concentration of hops, adding more is of little benefit. Have we reached Saturation Point? It’s a Double IPA loaded with oats for a soft mouthfeel, and saturated with big, juicy hops! Idaho 7, Strata and Cashmere serve up a dank, resinous salad of passionfruit, stone fruit and more. Topped off with juicy mango terpenes. 7.6%
