This month, we’re releasing two very different beers at once.
Mega-hop – Double IPA
Mega-hop Sauce was the first beer we brewed commercially as gypsies, so we’ve rebrewed it to celebrate the fifth anniversary of our launch in 2016!
Best described as a hybrid UK-US-Aussie DIPA, and not for the faint-hearted. This big, malty, piny delight harks back to the days when bitterness was king. 8.0%
Daywalker – Ginger Beer
Urban Dictionary describes the Daywalker as “a ginger that does not burn in direct sunlight”. It seemed an apt name for our first ever ginger beer – brewed with summer in mind, to be enjoyed in the sun as a refreshing change from our usual hoppy beasts.
Naturally brewed with a small amount of barley, chilli, cinnamon & clove, and of course plenty of ginger!
It’s not too sweet, and has a pleasant, but not overpowering, spice kick. 5.5%
