Marrickville is our home base. Home of our main production brewery, taproom and beer garden – it’s where it all started. It’s here that we produce the beer that is sent around the country in kegs and cans for you to enjoy in your local bar, or at home.
We have a taproom and beer garden onsite – open to the public Wednesday to Sunday. Tucked away at the end of a small laneway, it’s cut off from the hustle and bustle of Sydney (planes overhead excepted), and is perfect for lazy afternoons in the sun or the shade with a tasting paddle or a pint.
Food trucks are always in attendance and we have a different one each week to keep things interesting.
We’re open every day for takeaways too – pop in during the week to grab some tinnies, and you’ll probably see the brewers in action as they work their magic.

Default booking duration is 2.5 hours. Please let us know in the notes if you’d like a longer or shorter stay.

Roughly half our tables are able to be booked in advance, the rest are made available for walk-ins. So even if the booking tool says we’re booked out, you may still be able to grab a table if you just rock on down. First in best dressed!
We don’t require pre-payment to book a table, however with larger groups we will ask for a credit card number as a pre-authorisation, and will charge a $10 per head cancellation fee for no-shows, partial no-shows, or cancellations at short notice.
If you are making a booking you must include all kids in the number, even babies – yes they do count! This is to manage the capacity on our DA & liquor license, so we don’t go over the limit.
