In additon to being beer nerds, we’re also coffee nerds here at Sauce. To the point that we buy green coffee beans and roast our own coffee!
So this month we’ve combined our two loves – coffee and IPA’s – and now we’re ready to share them with you.
Some like milky coffees, some like it black. We reckon, why not both?
The beer: sitting somewhere between a West Coast IPA and a black ipa; light additions of roast malt, and dry-hopped with Citra and Idaho 7.
The coffee: beans sourced from Brazil, Columbia and Peru, dark roasted in-house for a strong bitey coffee hit.
The beer: creamy milkshake style IPA, brewed with oats, wheat and lactose. Lightly dry-hopped so as not to overpower the coffee.
The coffee: beans sourced from Ethiopa, Uganda and Sulawesi, medium roasted in-house for a smooth-textured coffee treat.
