An Evening with Lyndon Poskitt

We are delighted to have Lyndon Poskitt joining us in the beer garden to entertain us for the evening on Sunday 8th of September 2024.

Known for his YouTube series Races to Places, Lyndon travelled solo for over 5 years around the world on his motorcycle covering 234,000km across 74 countries and racing 11 races along the way. This “Evening with Lyndon” will be packed full of videos, stories, tales, info and facts from his action packed journey.

Since his last presentation in Sydney in 2016 when he passed through Australia on his travels, he went on to tour New Zealand, the Americas top to bottom and Africa bottom to top, mostly off-road before returning to his home in England. With a couple of Dakar Rally races thrown in to that journey, we just had to have him back to give us his personal take on experiences from around the world.

From traveling through the most dangerous country in the world, suffering broken bones and broken bikes to standing on the podium at some of the hardest off road races in the world and returning a different man, there’s going to be some interesting stories.

Since Covid he’s toured Iceland, much of Europe, relocated to Spain and set up his own Rally Racing training camp to help others achieve their racing goals, as well as writing a book which is due to be released shortly.

The evening runs from 6pm to 10pm.

Entry fee is $20, and includes a beer, wine or cocktail on arrival.

The Uncle Ay-Jays taco truck will be in attendance too, so dinner is sorted!
